Guide for Incoming Students (2021-2022)

Documents necessary for application:

- Student Application Form:

2021-2022 Autumn semester

2021-2022 Spring semester

- Learning Agreement for Studies / Learning Agreement for Traineeship 

- Transcript of Records

- Copy of Passport or Identification Card (Students for NON-EU countries must provide a copy of Passport)

All forms must be sent by e-mail.    

After submitting the necessary documents, International Relations Coordinator will provide Invitation and Acceptance letters within 3 weeks of submission of documents.

For non-EU citizens will be issued Meditorial letters for visa within 2 weeks after receipt of a Copy of the Passport.

Nomination deadlines:

– Autumn semester: 31st May

– Spring semester: 30th November

Application deadlines:

- Autumn semester: 14th of June

- Spring semester: 15th of December

Application deadlines may differ during the academic year. If it occurs, International Relations Coordinator will notify the Host institution.
