Payment Details

Applicants to the Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher education institution who have received an offer of admission must pay a one-time registration fee of 50 EUR before signing the study agreement.

The registration fee can be paid at the Institution by debit card or online to the Institution’s account at one of the following banks:

Payment description: registration fee.

Payer’s ID – the applicant’s personal identification number. If another person is making the payment, it is necessary to specify the applicant on whose behalf the payment is being made.

Documents proving payment must be submitted to the Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher education institution Admissions Office or the dean’s office of the respective faculty. The registration fee is non-refundable.

The following are exempt from the registration fee:

– individuals born in 2000 or later who have lost both parents, or who were placed in foster care before reaching the age of majority, as well as children raised in orphanages;

– individuals with a disability rating of 0–25 percent.

For individuals with a disability rating of 30–55 percent, the registration fee is reduced by 50 percent.

When paying for dormitory housing, please include the following in the payment description:
1.    STUDENT’s first and last name.
2.    Personal identification number (date of birth).
3.    Dormitory number or address.
4.    Room number.
