Professional Studies: Theory and Practice

Scientific journal “Professional Studies: Theory and Practice” contains scientific researches and theoretical insights of the authors of Lithuanian and foreign higher education institutions, covering theoretical and practical scientific knowledge discourse in humanities, social, biomedical and technological sciences. The editorial staff consists of Lithuanian and foreign scholars of six countries. The journal has been published since 2005.

The journal is indexed in EBSCO Academic Search Complete since 2013.

The journal is published in the Open Journal System OJS at https://ojs.svako.lt/.

The articles in the journal “Professional Studies: Theory and Practice” are published in accordance with the standard requirements of academic ethics. Authors may submit only original, previously unpublished articles. Authors submitting articles undertake to adhere to the principle of academic integrity. Articles are reviewed by two anonymous reviewers appointed by the editorial board. The identity of the authors of the articles is also not disclosed to the reviewer (double blind review). If the reviewers' assessments differ substantially, the article is additionally reviewed by a third reviewer.
