THE QUALITY MANUAL (tenth edition) was approved by the Academic Council of Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija, Resolution No. ATN-17, on 22 May, 2025. The Quality Manual has been compiled in accordance with the standards and guidelines for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG, 2015), which consolidate the fundamental provisions of the QMS and contribute to a common understanding of quality assurance in teaching and learning among all stakeholders in higher education. The Quality Manual compliance with the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality management standard, the principles of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) performance excellence model, and the requirements of the ISO 21001: 2018 management system for educational organizations is maintained.
