Erasmus+ studies was my first experience abroad. I wanted a change in my life. Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, I got an opportunity to come to Lithuania.

I am a Nursing student at the Faculty of Health Care. I was impressed with the education given here. The studies that consider student's ideas. Fun and helpful teachers and students, and no pressure.

At the same time, I had the opportunity to do an internship at the Šiauliai hospital. I did internships in many places in Turkey, but doing it here was quite a different experience. Everyone was helpful and smiling. The experience is important to me. I'm grateful to all the healthcare workers at the hospital.

Lithuania has a beautiful nature and an interesting history. It's nice to get to know it. I went to many museums and historical places. I learned a lot about this country.

I met many Lithuanians, and they were fun and helpful people. I enjoy chatting with them, traveling, having fun, and doing sports. Lithuanian national day celebration day was exciting and fun. I attended many events. Thanks to this, I had the chance to meet many people and learn a lot. Lithuania is a cold place indeed, but there are many ways to keep it warm.

What caught my attention about Lithuanians is genetics. It is rare to see someone with blue eyes in Turkey. But almost everyone here has blue eyes.

Of course, there are cultural differences, but this is not an obstacle for staying here; on the contrary, it is great to learn and live in a new culture.

I am happy that I was able to come here. I am very excited to be here for the second term. I want to meet more new people and see new places.
