Šiauliai State College – member of the international network
Project activities at Šiauliai State College are not stopping. Strategies and new plans are being developed.
This year Šiauliai State College became a member of the NEOLAiA network. The cooperation agreement between the European University Network was signed at a meeting in Prague, Czech Republic on January 27-28.
NEOLAiA is a close alliance of six young, rapidly developing higher education institutions located in small and medium-sized cities, consisting of the University of Bielefeld (Germany), the University of Crete (Greece), the University of Jaen (Spain), the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic), the University of Suceava Ștefan cel Mare (Romania) and Šiauliai State College (Lithuania).
Participation in this network includes a wide range of activities, including a development of an innovative teaching and learning centre, joint study programmes, quality assurance of studies, development of common policies on equal opportunities and diversity, creation of interactive maps of higher education institutions, improvement of mobility, research, entrepreneurial skills, etc.
