Memories, friendships and growth: a student from Ukraine Erasmus+ experience
Yurii Broslavskyi, a student from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in Ukraine studied under Erasmus+ exchange programme at Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution.
This is how Yurii describes his semester in Lithuania:
“It was a pleasure spending my autumn semester at Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution in the Information Systems Technology programme.
Living in the dormitory was a real game-changer for me. It opened up a whole new world where I was surrounded by students from different backgrounds, each with their own unique habits and traditions. I really enjoyed the time we spent together—whether going on trips or simply exploring the history and sights of Šiauliai with friends.
The Erasmus+ coordinators and teachers were very friendly and always ready to help. The institution even offered a dedicated Erasmus+ area where I could easily connect and spend time with other international and local students.
I significantly improved my English skills during this experience and would definitely recommend the Erasmus+ programme at Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution to others!”.
