Join the InterKULTŪRA Hackathon!
As part of ŠVK Business Week, we invite local and international students to take part in the hackathon “InterKULTŪRA”, an event of the VSF-funded project “InterKULTŪRA: Integration Laboratory for International and Local Students”. Together, we will develop solutions that will help students get to know each other more easily, collaborate, and become more actively involved in the college community.
Date and time: Wednesday, 11 November 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Venue: We will meet in Room CR009, then move to the ŠVK library to continue our activities.
Registration deadline: 10 November, 5:00 p.m.

Working in mixed teams and drawing on student survey findings, we will explore five challenges:
How can local and international students build lasting connections?
How can we encourage students to take part in shared events?
How can students find information and support more easily in Lithuanian and English?
How can we learn together and better understand academic expectations?
How can we strengthen respectful communication across cultures?
During the hackathon, we will develop ideas, create simple prototypes and present our solutions. Ideas can take many forms, including shared activities, peer mentoring, information resources or digital tools. No coding experience is required.
