Admission Procedure for Incoming Student Mobility

Incoming Erasmus+ students have to fill in the documents provided by the Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution International Relations Coordinator.

Documents necessary for application:

1. Student Application Form: 2024-2025 Spring semester

2. Learning Agreement for Studies / Learning Agreement for Traineeship

Please select the subjects from the List of Subjects. You can choose courses from different departments, but please ensure that at least 15 ECTS of subjects are from your speciality and one Department. Based on the selection, we will register you for one study programme. Please consult with your Department coordinator!

Attention! We advise incoming students to use the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) (Link: https://learning-agreement.eu/). A Guide on how to fill in the OLA. You can use the traditional Learning Agreement if your university is unprepared to use OLA.

4. Copy of Passport or Identification Card (Students from non-EU countries must provide a copy of their Passport)

All forms must be sent by e-mail.    

After submitting the necessary documents, the International Relations Coordinator will provide an Acceptance letter within 3 weeks of the submission date.

Non-EU citizens will be issued Mediation letters for the visa within 2 weeks after receiving a Copy of the Passport.

Application deadlines may differ during the academic year. If it occurs, the International Relations Coordinator will notify the Host institution.
