Admission Procedure for Incoming Mobility




IMPORTANT! Here you will find the information about the arrival to the Republic of Lithuania and Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences during the COVID-19 crisis. 

 

Incoming Erasmus+ students have to fill in the documents provided by the Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences International Relations Coordinator.

 

Documents necessary for application:

1. Student Application Form: 2021-2022 Spring semester

2. Learning Agreement for Studies / Learning Agreement for Traineeship  

Please select the subjects from the List of Subjects. You can choose courses from different departments, but please make sure that at least 15 ECTS of subjects are from your speciality and one Department. Based on the selection, we will register you for one study programme. Please consult with your Department coordinator!

Attention! We advise incoming students to use the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) (Link: https://learning-agreement.eu/). A Guide on how to fill in the OLA. If your university is not prepared to use OLA, you can use the traditional Learning Agreement.

4. Copy of Passport or Identification Card (Students for non-EU countries must provide a copy of Passport)

 

All forms must be sent by e-mail.    

After submitting necessary documents, International Relations Coordinator will provide Invitation and Acceptance letters within 3 weeks of submission of documents.

For non-EU citizens will be issued Meditorial letters for visa within 2 weeks after receipt of a Copy of the Passport.

 

Nomination deadlines:

– For autumn semester: 31st May

– For spring semester: 30th November

 

Application deadlines:

- Autumn semester: 30th of June

- Spring semester: 31st of December

 

Application deadlines may differ during the academic year. If it occurs, International Relations Coordinator will notify the Host institution.
