Office Administration is a modern study programme, which prepares administrators, capable to manage documents of companies and institutions, communicate with clients, form the image of the company, coordinate its activities, manage information and staff. This study programme is most suitable for people who like to communicate, organize and create.

It is possible to choose a study strand: to develop specific competencies in the management of public relations or human resources management.

Studies at Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences can be combined with work – both in full-time and part-time modes. Individual solutions are sought on a case-by-case basis.

Objectives of a study programme and intended learning outcomes

Objective of a study programme – to train a qualified specialist, possessing knowledge and skills to plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate activities of a company / institution division, manage information, solve professional problems while adapting to the ever-changing global environment.

Knowledge and its application 1. Graduate knows and understands basic theories and concepts analyzing key management functions, explaining organizations as a specific socio-economic phenomenon, applies them identifying and solving complex problems of the professional activity field.
Research skills 2. Graduate is able to collect, process, organize, analyze data and information, conduct applied research solving activity problems of the division of the office (enterprise / institution).concrete international business problems.
